A limited number of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld for course attendees. The rate will be the prevailing U.S. federal government per diem rate for November 2013 for a standard single/double room plus applicable state and local occupancy taxes. The current rate is $97 and is subject to change if the per diem changes October 1. These rooms will be held as a block, unless depleted, until October 16, 2013, at which time they will be released to the public. After October 16, room rate and availability cannot be guaranteed. Please note that it is highly likely that the guestrooms will sell out at this property. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card, guest check or money order. Please note that room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.

The Orlando International Airport (ORL) is 13 miles (20.9 km) from the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. Visit the following website for Airport Transportation Options. Mears Transportation provides 24-hour shuttle service for $19 one-way or $30 round trip. (Shuttle fees are subject to change.) Reservations can be made online at mearstransportation.com. Walk up service is available at the Mears Transportation kiosk on Level One of the airport (follow signs to "Ground Transportation").
Attendees from foreign countries should visit Visa Information Link for visa information.
