This course is designed to assist instructors in identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating training evolutions for their local departments. It includes discussing the purpose of training evolutions, introduces realistic scenarios, and prepares instructors for implementing evolutions using standard operations procedures or guidelines. Participants will receive examples that can be tailored for their use.
Gary Noll is currently the department chair in the Emergency Services Department at Utah Valley University. He teaches courses in entry-level firefighting through Fire Officer Development. Gary has been with UVU since 1997 and is a retired Fire Chief with the United States Air Force.
