Special discount symposium registration rates are offered to all members of the Association of Gastrointestinal Motility Disorders, Inc. (AGMD).

Although registration is available onsite each day of the program, it is recommended that registration be done in advance due to limited space.
Registration fees include course materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch and continuing education credits for those requiring continuing education credits.

A full refund of registration fees, less a $35 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by July 1, 2009. A fee of $40 will be charged for returned checks. AGMD reserves the right to cancel in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of AGMD is limited to the registration fee. AGMD will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
All courses will take place at the Doubletree Bedford Glen Hotel, 44 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, MA 01730. Please bring a sweater or jacket, since temperatures can be difficult to control in large rooms. There is ample free parking at the hotel.
