We will study the utilization of TEE and its role for Aortic valve percutaneous replacements. We will assess 64-slice CT and current roles that are taking place in practices. We will discuss the role of vascular ultrasound in the assessment of cardiovascular risk. We will assess the effects Tako Tsubo has on ejection fraction and wall motion. The program will provide the most up-to-date information on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Also included by popular demand, "3 of a Kind: An Echo Game," which will sharpen clinicians abilities to quickly and reliably identify abnormalities and pathologies on a variety of echocardiograms. This program will also assist clinicians in understanding echo measurements, how they apply to the patient and how they will give both the sonographer and cardiologist a practical approach to interpreting diastolic function. Close interaction with faculty and questions from registrants are encouraged.
This meeting is designed for cardiologists, cardiac sonographers and nurses, as well as all interested healthcare professionals working in cardiovascular-related settings.
