General Information

Location & Parking

The program will take place at the InterContinental Kansas City on the Plaza, 401 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, Mo. Free parking is available in the parking garage during the day.

Please bring a sweater or jacket, since temperatures can be difficult to control in large rooms.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the InterContinental Kansas City on the Plaza at the daily rate of $169 for single or double occupancy. To take advantage of the special rate, call 866-856-9717, and mention that you would like the KU Medical Center Business rate. Rooms are subject to availability.
