Payment is required at the time of registration. Only registrations accompanied with payment will be accepted. Please register in advance. Fees include course materials, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and continuing nursing education credit.

A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by October 23, 2009. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.)
KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancelHealthcare 2010 & Beyond: Opportunities, Choices, Changes and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
This program will take place at The Westin Crown Center, Kansas City, in the Century Ballroom, 1 East Pershing Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Please bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures can be difficult to control in large rooms.
Parking for the event is available in the Crown Center Parking Garage. Visit this link to view a map.
The charge for parking is approximately $10 per day. Ask the Concierge or a Crown Center merchant to validate your ticket to receive three (3) free hours of parking. KU HealthPartners, Inc. will not be able to validate your ticket.
A block of rooms has been reserved at The Quarterage Hotel (formerly Q Hotel & Spa) (link the hotel name to this url: http://www.quarteragehotel.com/ ) at the daily rate of $94 for single or double occupancy. To take advantage of the special rate, call 816-931-0001 or 1-800-942-4233 by October 15, 2009 midnight, and mention that you will be attending the KU HealthPartners, Inc.Healthcare 2010 & Beyond: Opportunities, Choices, Changes program. After October 15, 2009, room availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.
The Quarterage provides a free shuttle to and from the program.
