KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the “Challenges in Research Collaboration in Underserved Populations” conference in the event of insufficient registration. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
All events will take place at the University of Kansas Medical Center, 3901 Rainbow, in the Student Center Building, which is across from Burger King, in Kansas City, KS 66160. Please bring a sweater or jacket, since temperatures can be difficult to control in large rooms.
Free parking will be available from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Bluff Parking Garage located at 36th and Rainbow Boulevard. The parking garage closes at 4:30 p.m.
View a parking map of the KU Medical Center. Free shuttle service will run from 7 to 9 a.m. between the Bluff Parking Garage and the Student Center. Battenfeld Auditorium is located directly inside the Student Center.
Free afternoon shuttle service from the Student Center to the Bluff Garage will run from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
