Mr. Apple received his physical therapy degree from KU Medical Center in 2000. He has been employed at Children's Mercy Hospital and Clinics since the fall of 2001. His focus in patient care is outpatient orthopedics, pediatric limb deficiencies and prosthetics, and sports rehabilitation. He is a frequent guest lecturer at the KU Medical Center School of Physical Therapy, a member of the Association of Children's Prosthetic-Orthotics Clinics, and a Credentialed Clinical Instructor by the APTA.

Ms. Branch has been a physical therapist since September 2007. As a former All-American in track, she is dedicated to providing the best possible care to her patients so that they may reach their full potential through quality rehabilitation. Dr. Cook graduated with a degree in biochemistry from the University of Kansas in 1993. He continued his training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class. His training continued at the KU residency program, where he developed a special interest in the treatment of arthritis. Dr. Cook completed the Adult Reconstruction/Surgical Arthritis fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery at Cornell University Medical College in New York City.
Specialty Interest: Minimal incision surgery for hip and knee replacement, as well as the use of the latest technology in replacement materials and techniques aimed at increasing joint longevity.

Martin Dolphino, PT, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine Institute, University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.
Mr. Dolphino has specialized in orthopedic and sports medicine since 1996. After completing his training in London, England, he now focuses on the treatment of spinal conditions and postsurgical rehabilitation. Mr. Dolphino also acts as a clinical instructor and examiner for students in KU Medical Center’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree program and is a guest lecturer at the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences.

Dr. Loudon has more than 20 publications from peered review journals and has authored a text from Human Kinetics entitled "Clinical Orthopedic Reference Guide." Dr. Loudon earned a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from the University of Kansas in 1982. Subsequently, she moved to KU's Lawrence, Kan., campus to complete a Master of Science in exercise physiology and later received her PhD in Biomechanics from the Movement Science Program at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
