Leadership Programs for Young People
KU Continuing Education develops and coordinates a series of programs fostering leadership among young people in Kansas and around the country.
One noted program develops a love of reading among elementary-age children. Other programs empower high-school minority students, promote governing savvy among young women, and enrich gifted students who desire intensive courses from KU faculty.
Leadership Programs for Young People take the form of workshops, conferences, courses, symposia, and summer camps. They all provide high-quality educational opportunities, raising up future generations of leaders for Kansas and the nation.
