Are you interested in attending free instructional technology workshops? KU Libraries Instructional Services offers an extensive schedule of workshops to help the members of the KU community gain confidence and skill in computing and using information technology.
Photoshop, Powerpoint, Word and Excel are some of the computing workshop topics. All classes require prerequisites of a minimal level of computer proficiency (http://infotraining.ku.edu/basicskills). If you question your proficiency, it is recommended that you first take the Introduction to Personal Computing class.
To see the full workshop schedule, go to the following Web site address: http://infotraining.ku.edu. All workshops require registration. You are welcome to register for any workshop that does not have a restriction on it.
Before you can register for a workshop, you must create a KU Online ID.
Your KU Online ID cannot be created unless your birthdate is in our computer system. If you did not include your birthdate with your Osher registration, please call Continuing Education at (785) 864-5823 or toll-free (877) 404-5823.
