Special events are a member benefit and do not count toward the number of classes for which you register.
Recent events include presentations at the Spencer Museum of Art in Lawrence and the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Arts in Kansas City, daylong tours to St. Joseph, Mo., Fort Scott, Atchison and an evening charter bus trip to jazz clubs in Kansas City.
Many special events are free. However, charter bus tours, which may include a meal and admission, have an additional charge.
This fall, we’ve created a new membership category: Special Events Membership. This membership level entitles you to enroll only in the special events below. At any time you may upgrade your membership to include courses and membership benefits.
