- Nearly 400 scholars have earned their Masters in Public
Administration degrees
at the PMC and gone on to hold key leadership roles in Topeka and beyond.
Current MPA classes continue to be highly motivated, largely mid-career
students possessed of remarkable personal drive and practical experience.
- The PMC has also graduated nearly 1,000 Certified Public
Managers from all
across the State. CPM students—and the agencies that sponsor them—dedicate
three days each month to a curriculum that emphasizes personal growth and
professional development.
- The PMC also offers a host of custom courses tailored to agency needs, or provided in an open enrollment format. Among our most popular custom courses are Basic Supervisory Training, Difficult Conversations, Harassment in the Workplace.
- The Emerging Leaders Academy,
provides a unique development opportunity for the most promising individuals
entering public service today. This initiative will offer promising young
public servants a rigorous curriculum that combines study of government,
leadership and ethics with opportunities for self-discovery, networking,
and mentorship.
