Emerging Leaders Academy
The ELA curriculum tailors itself to the needs of learners over the course of the program. Faculty members engage the learners in discussions of the competencies they need to succeed in their workplaces, and respond by adjusting the content periodically throughout. This process ensures learners receive relevant, applicable, training they can take and apply in their workplaces to achieve better results for themselves…and their agencies. As they do so, the learners create portfolios that demonstrate their new abilities.
The Public Management Center is located on 10th Street, about one quarter mile west of the Statehouse and directly across the street from Topeka High School.
