Two-day program defines the roles and duties of management practice. There is a common distinction between leadership and management (doing the right thing and doing things right, respectively). Workshop provides the basic tools for doing things right.

Objectives:

1. Clarify the distinction between leadership and management.
2. Understand individual strengths as a feature of managing.
3. Understand the specific roles and responsibilities of the managerial job.
4. Develop an action plan for strengthening select aspects of your managerial role.
