Whether through internal or "outsider" intervention, professionals often reach higher performance levels when a systematic assistance approach is used to identify and resolve group performance problems. Two-day course will provide an experience-tested assistance framework, practical working tools, and the underlying principles for successfully intervening with professional work groups.
