Competencies are the motivational basis for all behavior. One-day workshop focuses on the knowledge, skills and characteristics that a leader demonstrates to be effective in his/her role.

Objectives:

1. Evaluate and apply new ideas and skills for effective leadership with a focus on competencies including interpersonal effectiveness and systems thinking.
2. Understand the impact of successful leadership on daily operations and long-term performance.
3. Develop a plan for deploying relevant competencies.
