Hotel

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Lawrence Holiday Inn Holidome, 200 McDonald Dr., Lawrence, Kan. In order to receive the special conference rate, registrants are asked to make their own reservations by calling 785-841-7077 or by visiting the hotel's reservation website. The double-occupancy rate is $65. To ensure room availability and rate, make your reservation by October 31, 2011, and specify that you will be attending the KU Asphalt Paving conference. New Parking Procedures

We will no longer issue parking passes to be displayed in your vehicle. Upon entry to the Mississippi Street parking facility you will pull an entry ticket and to exit the garage you will use a prepaid exit ticket (good for 10 hours the day of the conference) along with the entry ticket at the exit gate. You may use this ticket numerous times to exit but only on the day of the conference. This special reduced rate of $8 is given to conference attendees; otherwise, the cost of parking is $1.25 per hour and can be paid using cash or a credit card when exiting. If you park longer than 10 hours you will pay the difference to the machine by cash or credit card. You will receive this prepaid exit ticket in your registration packet at the conference.

When you register, please indicate if you wish to receive a parking exit ticket.
