The registration fee of $145 includes an opening night reception, two continental breakfasts, one lunch, and daily refreshment breaks. All presenters must register for the conference and pay the appropriate fee. The pre-conference workshop registration fee ($75 with conference registration; $100 without conference registration) includes all workshop materials and afternoon refreshments.
Pre-registration is strongly recommended. Both conference and pre-conference workshop registrations postmarked after September 18, 2008, must include an additional $25 late fee.

A full refund of registration fees will be available if requested in writing and received by October 2, 2008. After that date, refunds will be made, but a $25 administrative fee will be charged. No refunds will be made after October 9, 2008. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
The University of Kansas Clinical Child Psychology Program is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The University of Kansas Clinical Child Psychology Program maintains responsibility for this program and its contents. This conference will offer a maximum of 14 hours of continuing education credit. The pre-conference program will offer an additional 3 hours of continuing education credit.
The pre-conference workshop, the opening reception, and the poster session on Thursday, October 16, will be held at the SpringHill Suites. Beginning Friday, October 17, all conference activities will take place on Level 5 of the Kansas Union on the campus of the University of Kansas in Lawrence.

To receive the special rate of $79/night plus tax king or double queen, be sure to mention the Kansas Conference in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. Free continental breakfast is available. A LIMITED SCHEDULE shuttle from the SpringHill Suites to the Kansas Union will be provided by the conference. During the Thursday night reception and poster session at the SpringHill Suites, conference organizers will facilitate the sharing of transportation among conference participants.
The conference is being held over Fall Break so there will be no charge for parking and no permit will be required. We recommend that you park in the garage north of the Kansas Union (entrances from Mississippi Street and Oread Avenue).
