7:15 a.m.	Breakfast—Jayhawk Room The KU MPA classes of 2009 and 2010 are proud to announce the second annual breakfast at the KACM spring conference. Our classes have teamed up to host this student-sponsored event, and we are privileged to have wonderful speakers on the panel from a variety of locations and backgrounds. Julia Novak of Management Partners, Inc., Cynthia Boecker of the City of Lawrence, Michael Wilkes of the City of Olathe and ConnieJackson of the City of San Bruno, Calif., moderated by Jan Perkins of Management Partners, Inc. The panelists will give their perspectives on women in local government management. The format will be informal and will allow for ample Q & A time. Both females and males, students and professionals, are welcome and encouraged to attend this event.

1 p.m.	Student & Young Professional Discussion Chuck Anderson, former City Manager, Fort Worth, Tex., and currently the CEO of the Waters-Oldani Executive Recruitment Division of the Waters Consulting Group, will moderate a panel of senior public administrators discussing the profession. Grab lunch from the Kansas Union food court and meet with the panel to discuss the local government profession. Topics will be determined by your questions.
