Location

Thursday and Friday sessions will be held in the Kansas Union on the University of Kansas main campus.

Parking

An all-day permit for the parking garage north of the Kansas Union is included in your registration fee. Please check the box on the registration form, if you want a permit sent to you. Otherwise, you may pick up your parking permit at the registration desk on Thursday, April 22, and you will have to pay for the first hour of parking.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the SpringHill Suites of Lawrence, 1 Riverfront Plaza #300, Lawrence, Kan. until 5 p.m. March 20, 2011. After that date, room availability and rate cannot be guaranteed. Please make your reservations online by visiting www.marriott.com/lwcks and use the code of CMMCMMA (double queen) or CMMCMMB (king room). You can also make your reservations by calling 785-841-2700. To receive the special seminar rate of $92, mention that you will be attending the KUCE City & County Managers Conference.
