The 14th Annual Transportation Safety Conference, sponsored by the Kansas Department of Transportation, is scheduled for April 29–30, 2008, at the Capitol Plaza Hotel and Convention Center in Topeka, Kansas.
We would like to invite your organization to participate as an exhibitor. Past conference attendees have included police, fire, government, school district, engineering, safety consulting, and medical personnel.
If you are a for-profit company, the fee for a standard exhibit space is $50. Nonprofit organizations are invited to exhibit free of charge. Everyone who attends the conference, however, must register and pay the $35 conference registration fee. Exhibitor spaces will be supplied with an eight-foot skirted table. Electrical or telephone arrangements must be made directly with the Capitol Plaza Hotel and Convention Center, Topeka, Kansas. A form is enclosed for your convenience. Exhibitors can start setting up their exhibit between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Monday, April 28 or after 7:00 am on Tuesday, April 29. Exhibits will open at 8:00 am on April 29. The conference schedule provides seven high-traffic opportunities for attendees to visit your exhibit, since exhibits are arranged around the ballroom where continental breakfasts, breaks, and luncheons take place. Both the hotel and the convention facility have ample free parking immediately outside.
To register please download and return the exhibitor form with check or money order by March 7, 2008 in order to ensure your exhibit is listed in the program book.
