Organizations offering products and services in transportation safety will exhibit throughout the entire conference. Breaks will be scheduled close to the exhibit area allowing ample opportunity for browsing.
Exhibitor registration deadline is March 20, 2008, for those organizations wishing to be listed in the program book. Space is limited, so exhibitors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee for for-profit companies is $50, plus a $35 registration fee for each exhibit staffer. There is no fee for a nonprofit exhibit space, but each exhibit staffer must pay the $35 registration fee. An eight-foot skirted table will be provided to each exhibitor. Exhibitors will need to contract directly through the Capitol Plaza Hotel and Convention Center for additional special needs such as extension cords and A/V equipment. Fees for the added services will be paid by the exhibitor.
