A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by January 29, 2007. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) The registration desk will be located on the fourth floor on Friday morning and on the sixth floor on Saturday morning. The Kansas Union is Building 115 on the campus map. The back entrance is on Mississippi St.
Parking will be in the Union Parking Garage next to the Union, with a skywalk bridge on the bookstore level of the garage. Entrances are from both Mississippi St. and from Jayhawk Blvd. A parking permit will be required on Friday and will be provided at registration for those who have reserved one in advance. You will need to register, pick up a parking permit, and take it back out to your car.
Shuttle service will be available to and from the two conference hotels and the Kansas Union during the conference. Shuttle schedules will be posted in the hotel lobbies and at the conference registration desk in the Kansas Union. You may also download a shuttle schedule here.
