Registration fees include Thursday evening reception and refreshment breaks during the sessions on Friday and Saturday. Friday and Saturday the Kansas Union food court will be open, and lunch will be on your own. A ticket for the Friday evening banquet is $20, and additional tickets can be purchased for guests.

A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by October 23, 2009. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
Friday and Saturday sessions will be held in the Kansas Union on the University of Kansas main campus.
If you drive onto campus, parking is available in the garage north of the Kansas Union. An all-day permit for Friday is available for $6. No permit is needed for Saturday parking.
If you are staying in one of the three conference hotels listed below, a shuttle service will be available to take you back and forth to campus. Please look in the lobby area of the hotel for the schedule.
