The program consists of nine 1-hour sessions and two 2-hour ethic sessions. Two-hour sessions will be two 50-minute segments with a 10-minute break between segments. For those attending portions of the program, each 50-minute session is worth one CLE hour of credit, and each 2-hour session is worth two CLE hours of credit. For early registration, you can choose any one class or any combination of classes for only $25 per hour of CLE, or $300 for early registration of the entire 13-hour program.

We encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend. A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by May 20, 2009. No refunds will be made after that date. Registrants requiring business or personal billing will be responsible for full payment if cancellation is made after May 20, 2009. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks.(Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel Recent Developments in the Law and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. Because the university will not be in session, free parking will be available in the yellow lot just east of the Burge Union. The Burge Union is across the street from Green Hall at Irving Hill Road and Burdick Drive. A parking garage, located at Irving Hill Rd. and Naismith Dr. (across the street from the law school), is available at a cost of $1 per hour for participants who prefer covered parking. Please check the map to be sure you park in the free area.
