Register by March 30, 2012 to get your text and online ID in time for the first meeting of Module 3. Registration fees include the required texts and access to the online systems during the modules for which you are enrolled. The certificate is awarded after the completion of the three modules.

Refund and Cancellation

A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if the request is made in writing and received two weeks prior to the start of your module. If the text has already been sent, the cost of the text will also be deducted from the refund. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the course and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants.
