The Institute will commence with five seminars running from Monday to Friday, June 3–7, culminating in a plenary luncheon. After lunch on the 7th, twenty workshops begin and will run to midday on Sunday, June 9th.

Registrants will be admitted into only the seminar and/or workshop into which they were accepted. This is important! Make your selection carefully.

Refunds and Cancellations

A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by May 20, 2013. After May 20, 2013, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all refunds until May 28, 2013. After that date, no refunds will be made. A $30 fee will also be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all the fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
