Who Should Attend and Why
Prospective graduate applicants take the GRE General Test. GRE test scores are used by admissions or fellowship panels to supplement undergraduate records and other qualifications for graduate study. The scores provide common measures for comparing the qualifications of applicants and aid in evaluating grades and recommendations.
According to Education Testing Service, the GRE General Test measures critical thinking, analytical writing, verbal reasoning, and quantitative reasoning skills that have been acquired over a long period of time and that are not related to any specific field of study. Typically, your GRE score will be one factor used to determine whether you are qualified for admission in a graduate level program of study.
Overview
Our multi-session review course is designed to help you increase your score by providing instruction over the course of several weeks.
The GRE General Prep Course provides 24 instructional hours, covering Reading Comprehension, Sentence Completion, Analogies, Antonyms, Problem Solving, Quantitative Comparison, Analytical Writing, and a comprehensive review of the mathematical concepts tested on the GRE. Students will be given the opportunity to practice test taking by using actual GRE questions from former tests.
The review course includes homework activities designed to give the course students opportunities to supplement their in-class instruction.
Review Course Fees
The fee includes a copy of the class workbook Practicing to take the GRE, 10th ed. Register by the deadline and receive the early bird rate of $799 — a $100 savings. Class size is limited.
