The amount of water used during the drilling and completion process as well as how to handle produced water once a well is put into production is rapidly gaining ground as a key issue in the development of oil and gas resources across the country.

How to Register

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend. A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by May 29th, 2012. After May 29th, 2012 a $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all refunds until June 5th, 2012. After that date, no refunds will be made. A $30 fee will also be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU TORP reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all the fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

Location & Parking

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency, 400 West Waterman Street, Wichita, Kansas, in the Riverview room. Parking in the Hyatt garage is included in your registration. When you arrive take a ticket when you park in the garage. Once you have parked you may discard this ticket. You will receive a new ticket with your program materials that you may use to exit the garage at no cost.
