A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by September 29, 2008. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the UCEA Mid-America and Great Plains Regional Conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

The Hyatt Regency Crown Center sets the standard for Kansas City hotels. The newly renovated hotel is adjacent to Crown Center office and shopping complex and is just minutes from downtown, the Country Club Plaza, and nearby theaters and dining.

Reservations must be made by September 16, 2008. After this date, reservations will only be accepted on a space-available basis.
The special conference rate is $103 single/double, $128 triple, and $153 quad. A Regency Club upgrade is available for $40.
On-site parking is available.
Self-Parking: Overnight $13.50 with in/out privileges. Early Bird (in before 10 a.m. and out the same day) $7.
Valet parking is also available on a daily basis for $9 or overnight for $17. In/out privileges are standard.
This hotel cannot accommodate vehicles that are taller than 6'9" (i.e., no motor homes/tall vans, etc).
